Abstract
This qualitative descriptive phenomenological study explored and unveiled the experiences of teachers in the implementation of the Research through Inquiry Streamlining Excellence (RISE) Program. This study utilized an in-depth interview using a validated interview guide question. The participants in my study were determined using purposive sampling. I interviewed six (6) teachers of Tokawal Elementary School who were Research Congress 2022 participants. I used the thematic analysis method of Colaizzi in the interpretation and analysis of data. The themes that emerged in the analysis were Personal Gains, Professional Gains, Enrichment Initiatives, Enhanced Skills, and Strengthened Quality Traits. My study revealed that teachers' experiences in doing action research within the RISE program have been rich and rewarding. RISE program is a transformative journey that has profoundly shaped teachers' teaching and professional growth approaches. They provide valuable insights into the varied experiences of teachers engaged in action research, shedding light on the personal, professional, and institutional dimensions of their journey toward educational excellence.
